This set visualizes the idea that there is no need to serve a classic three- or four-course dinner on board. People fly to get from point A to point B and not to go for dinner. In order to make this moment of ‘on board eating’ more inviting, this box contains four small, identical plates with four refreshments which together make an appetizing palette.
