Factory Food, Salone del Mobile Milaan at Design Factory Brainport

Factory Food was specially designed for the most important design event of the year. It was based on combinations of Dutch and Italian flavours, liquorish and olives for example, want to know how this became tasty? See ‘work’, or download the press release.

During the lecture on the Eindhoven design/trade mission to Jiangsu, I took care of the inner man by means of an exciting presentation with readymade products. A real challenge, having to work with readymade products instead of taking my usual dip in the world of recipes.

Makeblijde het experiment

Makeblijde catering plan

Makeblijde is a centre for garden architecture and is very active on different creative levels. Meetings, weddings, education, quick bite, everything is possible at Makeblijde. To give the eating part as creative a look as the garden show, I designed, in collaboration with the direction of Makeblijde, a catering plan with a special culinary touch.
